Accuracy is the foundation of our journal. If a factual error is identified in a published article, a formal “Correction” notice will be appended to the top of the post.
Minor Errors: Typographical or non-substantive errors are corrected silently.
Major Errors: Factual inaccuracies involving data or system protocols will be corrected with a dated transparency note explaining the change.
